Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC)& Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC)
Any products need good maintenance to get reliable results. The AMC & CMC ensures peace of mind of the customer and involves minimal paper work in getting service. AMC customer service calls are given priority over regular service calls ensuring minimal downtime and quicker redressal of complaints. We can offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC) for the products we supply.
On call Services
On call service & troubleshooting visits can be undertaken for customers who are not in warranty or in an AMC.
Whenever the system needs to be supported with spares or consumables, we can assist. Do let us know your requirement for spares for our products. We will be glad to assist. It is always better to buy genuine spares to ensure the warranted performance of equipment you buy.
We conduct site visit occasionally for checking condition & performance of our products. Many users have benefited from this activity, where we gave them solution to make their systems up & running. If you are not happy with your products you can call us to fix your problems.
Installation & Commissioning
If you are an existing customer or have recently bought any products from us you can take our help for installation & commissioning the same.
We provide training for customer personnel through our in-house resources or through specialists. We provide complete product usage training to the technicians in your hospital/clinics for maximum of two days.
